Warranty and Returns
Our KoolGrips pool and spa handrail comfort covers warrants its product to be free from manufacturing defects and workmanship. The covers are warrantied for one year from date of purchase. This includes any unusual cracking, peeling, and tearing due to manufacturing defects. It does not cover any damage caused by abnormal or improper use; using tools to install the cover; neglect of cleaning and maintenance as instructed on the product card; corrosion caused by pool chemicals or any harsh chemicals.
TO START A WARRANTY CLAIM:
- The customer must contact KoolGrips at 480-483-5416.
- You must have a receipt for PROOF OF PURCHASE
- Additionally, you must provide pictures of the defective cover and the 2 WHITE TAGS located on the inside of the cover.
- Email them to sales@koolgrips.com for review.
- KoolGrips will notify you for more information, and/or approval.
